O'Connor is part of a joint venture that completed this new mixed-use office complex. Brighton Landing offers over 430,000 square feet of Class A office space in two buildings; a seven-story, 230,000 sf building and a ten-story, 200,000 sf building. The buildings are connected by a 30-foot tall glass atrium. Other amenities include a separate parking garage to accommodate 1,200 cars, a landscaped outdoor plaza with a reflecting pool and a cafeteria that seats 250. The parking garage structure also includes 150,000 sf of space housing a fitness club, factory shoe outlet and an office warehouse distribution center.

Brighton Landing's anchor tenant is the New Balance athletic apparel company, who moved into their new headquarters in October, 2000. Other tenants include a major radio broadcasting company and several high tech and software companies.
