    O'Connor Constructors renovated all floors and constructed a seven story 12,000 square foot addition to this residence for retired clergy.
  • MIT 10-250 Lecture Hall

    O'Connor has completed the renovations to Lecture Hall 10-250 on the campus of MIT. Improvements and renovations to the 425 seat lecture hall in the center of the campus include new seating, flooring, lighting, and HVAC systems.
  • Mayflower Clean Energy Center

    O'Connor's pre-construction team provided budgets, schedules and researching alternative products for the construction of this $30,000,000 gasification test facility in Somerset, MA.
  • Salem State College Athletic Facilities

    The Massachusetts State College Building Authority selected O'Connor Constructors to provide construction management services for the construction of athletic fields, tennis courts, and sports structure at Salem State College.
  • Brayton Point Foundations

    O'Connor Constructors provided foundations for the 212 foot steel tower which supports sophisticated technology installed to reduce NOX emissions.
  • Boston Catholic Television

    O'Connor Constructors has completed the conversion of a former convent and chapel into an expanded television broadcasting facility for Boston Catholic Television in Watertown, MA.
  • Logan Airport, Terminal B

    O'Connor Constructors was selected by the Massachusetts Port Authority to renovate 25,000 sq. ft. and construct a 15,000 sq. ft addition at Logan International Airport's Terminal B.
  • MASSPORT's Prescott Street Pump Station

    The Prescott Street Pump Station was MASSPORT’s first project using the CM at Risk delivery method. Under this arrangement O’Connor was able to be involved with the project early providing design review, real cost estimating, feasibility studies and long lead material and equipment research.
