Current Projects
O’Connor Constructors is currently in Phase 2 of a three phase renovation of MIT’s W51 building on Memorial Drive on the MIT campus. The Student Housing Renovations in building W51 consist of roof membrane replacement and parapet repairs (Phase 1), exterior renovations (Phase 2), and interior renovations (Phase 3).
O'Connor was hired as Construction Managers by the Division of Capitol Asset Management for the $22 million renovation/ expansion that will transform the laboratory into a state of the art “green” facility.
O’Connor was selected for the demolition and interior construction renovations project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ECM Design Nexus Research Offices.
