O’Connor is in process of selective demolition and interior construction renovations on the third floor of Building 3 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The renovation is expected to be completed in Spring 2012. This project consists of 11,800 square foot renovation of existing lab space. This includes the complete removal of existing labs and the rebuilding of new lab space and offices in an occupied environment.
As construction is taking place during the school year, it is necessary for the O’Connor staff to coordinate potentially disruptive activities during the project with the occupants of adjacent spaces.
